Learn some basics of how couponing works, how to organize your coupons and shopping trips. September is Whole Grains Month so celebrate it by learning more about the health benefits of cooking with whole grains. Sue Dorn from Family Food Network will be leading this informative workshop. Call 254-93-5491 for more information and to register.  Class size is limited

Monday
Come and learn what is so great about whole grains.  Ms. Dorn will provide valuable information and lead a discussion on the health benefits of whole grain fresh flour and the hazards of eating only white flour.  We will learn about the uses and flavors of the different varieties of wheat.

Tuesday
See a demonstration of milling, mixing and baking bread from fresh flour.  We will discuss the benefits of the healthy ingredients included in our freshly baked bread.  Enjoy tasting the finished product!
